Job description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Part marking of finished goods by identifying parts using various marking methods, according to blue prints and aircraft standards; ability to run bagging machine, use rubber stamps, wrap and protect parts for stocking.
Additional duties may include assisting shipping and receiving departments.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be a demonstrated team player with a positive attitude, superior work ethic, and able to solve issues respectfully with peers and managers.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for performing assembly of product according to established specifications and instructions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Gather necessary component parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Operate hand tools to install fasteners, bushings, rivets, and nut plates.
- Position and secure components per print.
- Verify specification by measuring completed components.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of previous experience, preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret aerospace bill of materials, engineering drawings, customer specifications and instructions.
- Ability to professionally communicate and work well with others.

CNC Lathe Operator – Multiple Shifts Available
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up and operating conventional machines, special purpose machines, computer numerical control (CNC) machines and machining centers to fabricate aircraft parts and components while maintaining quality and safety standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Set up, adjust, and operate basic machine tools and/or advanced variation tools to ensure precision machining operations.
- Apply knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties and layout and machining procedures to produce quality precision parts.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to produce parts, determine dimensions and tolerances as needed.
- Oversee machine operation and make necessary adjustments to produce product.
- Monitor and verify parts to ensure conformance to engineer drawings and quality standards.
- Ensure that standard procedures are followed in all aspects of work including tool setup and operation, process verification, product inspection, documentation, and material handling.

Deburr Technician – Multiple Shift Available
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for operating a variety of power & hand tools in addition to standard deburr equipment to remove burrs, nicks, scratches, rough and sharp edges from sheet metal parts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate and maintain various equipment to cut, clean, and deburr material.
- Utilize various gauges to verify and visually check parts for compliance to quality and workmanship standards.
