    POSITION SUMMARY
    Responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up and operating conventional machines, special purpose machines, computer numerical control (CNC) machines and machining centers to fabricate aircraft parts and components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
    * Set up, adjust, and operate basic machine tools and/or advanced variation tools to ensure precision machining operations.
    * Apply knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties and layout and machining procedures to produce quality precision parts.
    * Interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to produce parts, determine dimensions and tolerances as needed.
    * Oversee machine operation and make necessary adjustments to produce product.
    * Monitor and verify parts to ensure conformance to engineer drawings and quality standards.
    * Ensure that standard procedures are followed in all aspects of work including tool setup and operation, process verification, product inspection, documentation, and material

    POSITION SUMMARY
    Responsible for operating a variety of power & hand tools in addition to standard deburr equipment to remove burrs, nicks, scratches, rough and sharp edges from sheet metal parts.

    POSITION SUMMARY
    Responsible for computing job cost of product manufacturing by identifying labor, material, and time requirements by reviewing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
    * Develop cost estimates based on a manufacturing plan that will produce product in the most economical manner including material requirements, labor, and job routing.
    * Analyze design process and quality requirements to accurately determine manufacturing methods.
    * Create Bill of Material (BOM) listing.
    * Interface with Suppliers/Purchasing for all outsourced pricing.
    * Maintain quote files.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    * Minimum 5 years recent cost estimating experience with a strong machining background preferably in aerospace manufacturing environment.
    * Must be able to operate computer and have in depth knowledge of capabilities/limitations of aerospace environment and CNC machining equipment.
    * Must be able to interpret engineering/tool designs and understand the use/application of learning curves to obtain labor hours for quantity quoted.
    * Ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings, customer specifications and instructions.
    * Strong time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
    * Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsible for performing electrical and mechanical repairs to all CNC manufacturing equipment and perform facility maintenance as required in addition to completing preventative and routine maintenance tasks.

    POSITION SUMMARY
    Tooling Support personnel are responsible for issuing specialized and high cost tools. Supporting tool crib operations, pulling the proper tools and holders to properly set tools for the machine operators.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
    Monitor the calibration and unserviceable tool programs.
    Maintain tooling documentation.
    Determine serviceability/repair of tools.
    Accomplishing receiving inspection on tooling.
    Identify equipment and tooling shortages.
