  • Quality Inspector

    Job Description:

    Position available for 1st shift Quality Inspector for an aerospace company.  This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Inspect materials, parts, and products at different stages of production
    • Operate the CMM and interpret results (Calypso / Zeiss)
    • Perform FAI’s in the prescribed amount of time
    • Communicate effectively with machinists and operators to maintain acceptable quality
    • Maintain all required documentation
    • Read and understand prints, drawings, sketches, and 3D models

     

    Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with AS9102 FAIRS
    • Ability to use measuring equipment
    • CMM experience preferred (Calypso / Zeiss)
    • Ability to interpret aerospace engineering drawings
    • Must have basic computer knowledge
    • Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Must be a demonstrated team player with a positive attitude, superior work ethic, and able to solve issues respectfully with peers and management

  • Deburr Tech

    Positions available for 1st and 2nd shift Deburr Tech. 1-2 years of experience in an aerospace environment is preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Hand blending
    • Power tool blending
    • Communicating effectively with operators and managers
    • Must be able to read and understand customer specifications, blueprints, and drawings
    • Must be highly organized
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • MASTERCAM AND/OR CATIA PROGRAMMER

    Open position available for a Mastercam and/or CATIA Programmer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interpret drawings and models to create programs for CNC machines that include proper methodology, tooling cutting speeds and feeds in order to generate quality parts in accordance with production standards.
    • Create setup sheets based on established criteria.
    • Revise programs and documents based on engineering changes.
    • Communicate with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality, and other shop personnel to resolve machining or quality issues.

    Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge of CATIA V5, and/or Mastercam software
    • Working knowledge of Vericut is preferred
    • Working knowledge of various tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, and inserts used on various machines.
    • Advanced knowledge of reading drawings and specifications with an understanding of geometric tolerances and dimensions.
    • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions, and communicate both in English as it relates to the job.
    • Must be a demonstrated team player with a positive attitude, superior work ethic, and able to solve issues respectfully with all personnel.
    • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
    • Preferred applicants would have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating manual or CNC machines in a manufacturing environment and 2 years of experience directly related to CNC programming.

  • CNC OPERATORS

    Positions available for CNC operators. These openings consist of multiple different shifts. 2nd Shift Week days and 1st and 2nd Shift Weekends are currently available. We prefer candidates to have 1-2 years’ experience running 3, 4, and 5 axis numerical control machines but we are willing to train new hires with ambition and work ethic.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform set up, adjust, and operate all the basic machine tools and/or advanced variation tools to ensure precision machining operations.
    • Monitor and verify parts that are being run to ensure conformance to engineer drawings and quality standards.
    • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to produce parts and determine dimensions and tolerances as needed.
    • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
    • Be a self-starter, able to function efficiently in a fast–paced environment.

    Qualifications:

    Job Description:

    Position available for 1st shift Receptionist/Data Entry for an aerospace company.  This is a full-time, 1st shift position 7:30am – 4:00pm. 1-2 years of experience is preferred but we are willing to train applicants with the right ambition and work ethic.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer multi line phone and paging system
    • Greet and Welcome Visitors
    • Pull RFQ packages and drawings down from customers and upload into our system
    • Reply to Customer RFQ’s
    • Scanning
    • Data Entry

    Qualifications:

    • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Must have excellent attendance history
    • Experience with RFQ’s a plus
    • Microsoft applications knowledge a plus.

    • Verify specifications by measuring completed components
